Policies & Terms
1. Service Agreement:
By booking a service with TechBuddies, clients agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our service agreement. This includes understanding the scope of the service, any associated warranties, and payment terms.
2. Payment Policy:
Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and online payment platforms.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Warranty:
All our services come with a warranty period, the duration of which will be specified in the service agreement. The warranty covers only the specific repairs or services carried out and does not extend to any other potential issues.
5. Data Privacy:
TechBuddies respects client data privacy. We ensure any data accessed during a service is treated confidentially and is not stored or shared.
6. Liability Limitation:
TechBuddies' liability for services is limited to the cost of the service. We are not liable for any indirect damages, including data loss. We recommend clients back up data before any service.
7. No Refund Policy:
All services rendered by TechBuddies are non-refundable. If you face issues within the warranty period, we'll rectify the problem at no additional cost.
